    Worst Employees of the Year

    By Jeremy | December 12, 2007

Thankfully none of these people worked for me.
This year's most awful employees... Sell drugs at work .... Use drugs at work .... Counterfeit DVDs .... Commit green card scams .... Embezzle mail .... Forget about clients .... Use bad judgment .... Display violence on the clock ... and off .... Jog in the nude A Catholic priest in Colorado went jogging one morning before sunrise -- naked. The priest said that he didn't think anyone would be around so early in the morning, and that he sweats profusely if he wears clothes while running because he's heavyset, according to police reports. The priest was placed on administrative leave. Disobey orders .... Don't listen to complaints ....

Some of those people were busy working for me. That’s why they didn’t work for you!

Great book for anyone either in leadership or follwership QBQ: The Question Behind The Question by John Miller…easy quick read…that gets to the root of how we can improve in the area of personal accountability (leadership). This year I’m making it a requirement for anyone on my team to read this book and return to me with a verbal summary of the content and what it means to them. Based upon their summary I can now guage where they are in their journey towards being a productive leader from here I would be left with three options a.retrain b.reposition c.retire – hope this helps someone.

A Nude Priest, hmm that one would be so easy to comment on but I shall leave that to your imagination
