I got me some "wreckage." Still, I "Rise"

    By Jeremy | May 22, 2007

His song "I Swear" was central to the soundtrack of my romance with Diana. He ushered Diana and me into holy matrimony when that song accompanied our first wedding dance. And on Sunday, Jamie Jones (and an all-star band that includes Chris Coleman, Chaka Khan's drummer; Oscar Cartaya, J-Lo's musical director and legendary bassist; Tim Stewart, American Idol's tour guitarist; and Norikko Olling on keys, who's toured with Gladys Knight and many others) ushered me and 250 others into the presence of God as Living Hope Community Church's new worship minister. Following UYWI -- which celebrated coming "Out of the Wreckage" this year -- I especially enjoyed the video debut for Jamie's new single, "Rise" with All4One, coming soon to BET and VH1.
