Friday Foto Finish

I wanted to photograph the National Mall during a snow storm. Instead, by the time I had gotten off the Metro the snow had turned to rain. Still, I walked and walked, trying to get from the Smithsonian Metro stop to the Lincoln Memorial, and got wet and wetter. I had somehow forgotten how big the Mall really is. I got about half way, when, soaked to the bone, I finally turned around.
