My Christmas gift in action

It's no secret that I'm an avid photography hobbiest, and as such I have decent gear. But I've never had any high-speed lenses, the kind where you can capture vivid images in low light without resorting to unnatural flash. Peter Ong turned me on to a steal a couple weeks ago, and my beloved bride bought it for me this Christmas. It arrived today, and here are some of the first images it captured.
