In Baltimore prayer and kindness may not be the only solution, but it is a good place to start.
In Balto the officials say they see “A Cloud of Hopelessness” they have repeatedly asked for the Church to come an take the community back.
They are also asking the community to come out.
What would NYC do if on 8/6/07 you had 2,473 homicides?
What would LA do if on 8/6/07 you had 1,159 homicides?
What would Chicago do if on 8/06/07 you had 865 homicides?
What would Houston do if on 8/6/07 you had 646 homicides?
