1) Please be advised that the April
Coalition meeting has been
RESCHEDULED from Monday, 4/9 to Tuesday, 4/10 from 10-12 and will feature a presentation by Tracy Ellis-Ward of Fellowship of Christian Athletes on balancing family and ministry. The location remains the same (American Bible Society, 61st Street and Broadway).
2)
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING will be a special lunch with Ron Luce from 12-2.
Battlecry will be coming to the New York metro area next year. To date, Ron Luce and Battlecry reps have met primarily with senior pastors to secure their blessing to come. This Tuesday, however, he will meet with youth leaders to learn from us about the unique issues that face our youth and the cultural context into which he is coming to minister.
More than a presentation, this lunch will be a conversation where your participation and feedback is critical. Please
RSVP by email by Friday, April 6. SPACE IS LIMITED. Thank you!

New York Times article about their recent campaign in San Francisco: "A Youth Ministry Some Call Antigay Tests Tolerance." The lunch will be a great opportunity for Ron to address concerns such as the "antigay" perception head-on.
