    To the Max

    By Jeremy | February 21, 2007

Great times the past two days hanging with Houston's own Latino legend, Mr. Max Torres. He was in town recruiting summer interns for Bayshore Christian Ministries, so we grabbed two late (and liesurely) lunches. We've known of each other for a few years and finally met last year at the UrbNet Summit, but this was the first time we've ever really chilled. It's always inspirational to meet urban ministry veterans -- especially when their heart beats for youth -- and Max has been holding it down in Houston (and nationally) for 25 years. Thanks for the friendship!
