    Airline Help

    By Jeremy | November 27, 2006

Back on October 6, flying to Fresno for Reload, US Airways did this to my bag. Nearly two months, an official request/complaint, their possession of the damaged bag, and numerous phone calls later, and still no word from US Airways when I can expect to be reimbursed as promised. Any suggestions on how to expedite a resolution?
