Food Fun

Our Memorial Day memory-making allowed me to indulge a recently acquired cooking hobby. Kevin and Uncle Richie asked for the recipes. I fudged on some of the ingredients, but for the most part, these Food Network recipes were my inspiration:
+ Marinated London Broil
+ Chicken Kababs
+ North African Beef Kababs
+ Potato Salad (Olive Oil and Lemon Juice Dressing)
+ Macaroni Salad
The rest of the menus included:
+ Jeremy's Original Pork Ribs (I have to duplicate this twice before I'm sure of the recipe)
+ Uncle Jorge's Cilantro Rice
+ Garlic Spinach
+ Sauteed Mushrooms
+ Corn on the cob
+ Hamburgers and hot dogs
+ Fruit salad
+ Eggs and bacon and assorted muffins and fruit
+ Assorted desserts
